Under the slogan “Malaysia is truly Asia,” the campaign focuses on showcasing the country’s cultural diversity, stunning natural beauty, and unique experiences, with strategic partnerships with major airlines and companies to solidify its position as a leading global destination.
The Visit Malaysia 2026 campaign marks a significant chapter in Malaysian tourism. It is an unforgettable and highly impactful campaign. The Visit Malaysia 2026 logo symbolizes Malaysia’s vibrant culture, natural beauty, and global appeal, serving as a visual reminder of the country’s readiness to welcome tourists from around the world.
The logo was unveiled in an innovative way on Malaysia Airlines, Batik Air, and AirAsia aircraft. This marks the first time these airlines have featured the logo as part of their aircraft design, symbolizing a united front in promoting tourism and generating excitement for the upcoming year of significant changes
the official VM2026 theme song,, “Surreal Experiences,” captures the essence of Malaysia’s unique offerings. This song will be a key element of the campaign, attracting global attention and engaging visitors with Malaysia’s enchanting experiences. The campaign aims to spread joy and happiness, further solidifying Malaysia’s position as a welcoming tourist destination.
Here in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and specifically in Bride of the Red Sea the city of Jeddah, the Malaysian Consulate’s Tourism Section plays a significant and effective role by organizing cultural and tourism events roadshows that attract Malaysian tourism companies, resorts, and hotels. They also organize familiarization trips for Saudi media representatives and tourism companies to learn about the latest tourism developments. Behind this major tourism promotion campaign stands the tourism consul Ahmed Faisal and his group. These efforts had fruitful results with the Saudis who became closely acquainted with the latest developments in Malaysian tourism. The number of visitors from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Malaysia recorded a remarkable increase during the year 2025, reaching 68,382 visitors, with a growth rate of 23.7%. This growth is expected to continue into 2026As a result of increased flights (41 flights per week) and ongoing promotional campaigns to boost tourism, Malaysia has maintained its position as a top tourist destination for Saudis.
