Moscow – Sameera Alqattan
The Middle East MICE sector represented nearly 30% of all international MGMC participants in 2025.
MICE professionals from the Middle East are expected to join the fourth Meet Global MICE Congress (MGMC), scheduled to take place in Moscow on December 16–17, 2026.
MGMC 2026 will feature two days of an extensive business agenda and a premier trade show. This year, the Congress will be held under the central theme: ‘The Anatomy of Success in MICE: From Ideas and Tools to Tangible Results.’ Through diverse session formats, participants will gain insights into the latest industry trends, explore technologies that automate workflows to improve business efficiency, and hear from international experts on topics ranging from event performance measurement to entering new markets and building sustainable partnerships.
MGMC 2026 will bring together 3,000 MICE industry professionals and 150+ exhibitors from BRICS & Global South countries. A key highlight is the Hosted Buyers initiative, hosting over 200 top-tier buyers from China, India, Southeast Asia, Latin America, Africa, the CIS, and the Middle East to facilitate high-value business agreements and long-term growth.
As part of the hospitality program, the Congress will position Moscow as a premier destination for international conferences and luxury incentive travel. Attendees will explore the city’s sophisticated tourism infrastructure, premium venues, and rich cultural heritage.
