Imad Benjelloun Partnership with UAE Based INDEX Marks an Important Step Towards Strengthening Morocco’s Position in Africa’s Medical Exhibition Industry

The Moroccan city of Casablanca is seeking to strengthen its position in the specialized medical exhibition sector through a partnership between INDEX Conferences and Exhibitions a subsidiary of UAE based INDEX Holding and Atelier Vita Maroc aimed at developing specialized dental exhibitions and expanding scientific and commercial cooperation among institutions and companies operating in the sector
Imad Benjelloun President of Atelier Vita Maroc said the partnership represents an important step towards developing Morocco’s specialized exhibition industry and strengthening its presence across Africa He noted that cooperation with UAE based INDEX brings together local expertise and international capabilities in exhibition organization management and marketing opening new opportunities to attract international companies experts and specialists
Benjelloun explained that the partnership is particularly significant for MOROCCO DENTAL EXPO the international dental exhibition held annually at the International Exhibition Centre ICEC in Morocco He stressed that combining the organizational and marketing expertise and capabilities of the two companies would help strengthen the exhibition’s position expand its regional and international participation and consolidate its presence among Africa’s leading specialized dental events
He added that cooperation between INDEX and Atelier Vita Maroc represents an opportunity to build a specialized platform with a strong African and international presence in the exhibition industry particularly in medical exhibitions and dental events This ambition will draw on INDEX’s international network and Atelier Vita Maroc’s knowledge of the local market its professional relationships and its operational and logistical capabilities
Benjelloun noted that the complementary strengths of the two companies would enhance opportunities to attract manufacturers suppliers medical institutions professional organizations and experts from different markets supporting the exchange of expertise and modern technologies while opening up broader avenues for commercial cooperation and investment in the dental sector
He emphasized that the companies’ ambition extends beyond developing a specialized exhibition to strengthening their positions among the leading exhibition platforms across Africa with a particular focus on medical exhibitions which are witnessing continued development in specialized services and modern technologies This would further support Morocco’s position as a destination for hosting international professional events
He also stressed that the partnership combines international expertise in exhibition organization management and marketing with in depth knowledge of the Moroccan market providing a solid foundation for developing medical events expanding the base of exhibitors and participants and strengthening connections among stakeholders across the sector
The agreement was signed on the sidelines of IDEM Dubai’s participation as Guest of Honour at the 24th International and African Dental Conference organized by the Moroccan Association for the Prevention of Oral and Dental Diseases in Marrakech
The agreement was signed by Imad Benjelloun President of Atelier Vita Maroc and Tarek Abdulsalam Al Madani Board Member and Chief Executive Officer for Exhibitions and Experiences at INDEX Holding in the presence of Ambassador Professor Abdul Salam Al Madani President of IDEM Dubai and the International Scientific Union of Dentistry and Ambassador of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean to the Gulf Cooperation Council region
