Khobar – Sameera Alqattan
The second event in the Jewels of the World 2026 calendar will soon be opening its doors at Al Khobar’s Dhahran Expo. From 23 – 26 June, Jewels of the World will bring together renowned regional and international Houses for an extraordinary showcase of jewellery and timepieces, many of which are making their debut in Saudi Arabia.
Following on from last week’s hugely successful event in Riyadh, the exhibition promises a diverse and exquisite display of both heritage and contemporary interpretations. From trendsetting everyday fine jewellery to intricate bridal sets and timeless, one-off high jewellery pieces envisioned for the most treasured occasions, aesthetic and easy-to-wear designs are juxtaposed against diamonds, rare, coloured gemstones and natural pearls.
Brands presenting their creations at Jewels of the World in Al Khobar, and Yvan Tufenkjian among others.
Visitors can delve into the traditions of jewellery craftsmanship across cultures, uncover the artistry behind heirloom pieces and playful, modern innovations, and witness the fine balance between heritage and trends.
IGI, one of the world’s largest independent jewellery grading and accreditation providers, will certify jewellery in its fully equipped, state-of-the-art lab. For the first time, an on-site atelier will offer alterations, while Global Blue will provide seamless tax refund services for international buyers.
